RMHD delivered Project Management and Principal Designer services for the relocation of W1M’s Glasgow office, overseeing the fit-out of a new workspace at 206 St Vincent Street to reflect the growth of the W1M Scotland business.
Description
Following eight years at their previous location, W1M appointed RMHD to support the relocation of their Glasgow office to 206 St Vincent Street. The move provided an opportunity to create a workspace that reflects the evolution of the W1M Scotland business, formerly Waverton Scotland, and establishes a strong platform for future growth.
RMHD’s brief was to deliver a warm, welcoming environment aligned with W1M’s corporate identity and suited to the demands of a financial planning and investment advisory practice. The completed fit-out provides a modern, flexible workplace incorporating collaborative areas, focused workspaces, breakout zones and a dedicated meeting suite.
RMHD provided both Project Management and Principal Designer services throughout, working collaboratively with the wider project team, including workplace designer C2 Concepts, M&E and structural consultants Harley Haddow, to coordinate delivery and ensure a successful outcome for the client.
