Client Account Deliverables

Effective communication and delivering excellent service to meet our client needs underpin our commitment and successful deliverables on each of our client accounts. Our account management approach revolves around always using a senior delivery team, clear communication and governance plans, upstream and downstream communication, continuous reporting and always being accountable.

Programme Management

Careful coordination and planning are a key central focus when managing a programme of works. The establishment of a central master programme is vital in establishing overall timescales, co-ordinating projects, identify phasing and managing anticipated programme spend. Our master programmes will contain governance process, highlight key stages and milestones and approval periods whilst being realistic and regularly reviewed.

NEC4 Project Delivery

The NEC4 form of contract is widely used as the mechanism for the delivery projects across the public and education estate. We apply robust contract management techniques for the execution of each of our projects ensuring that suitably experienced and qualified NEC 4 Project Managers and Supervisors are used throughout our project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

One of our most important roles on any project is to manage the relationship with client stakeholders.
We build a stakeholder engagement strategy at the outset of each project tailored to the specific project requirements. We will agree the extent of engagement at the outset to support developing the project brief, and thereafter through the design development process and project delivery.
