We recently had the pleasure of project managing the delivery of a new 11,460 sq ft office space at Saltire Court in Edinburgh, creating a modern workplace designed to support a global law firm and its hybrid workforce.
The brief was to transform the suite into a professional, client-facing environment that could accommodate both collaborative working and focused individual tasks. With teams operating across multiple time zones, it was important that the space provided a peaceful, flexible setting that supported everything from formal in-person/virtual meetings to informal discussions.
Working closely with the design and delivery team, we developed a layout that balanced functionality with a welcoming, high-quality aesthetic. The completed space includes a new arrival space and client lounge, a large boardroom for formal meetings, smaller meeting rooms for day-to-day collaboration, and a breakout area designed to provide a tranquil space away from desks.
The result is a workplace that not only reflects the firm’s global presence but also supports the way its people work today — offering flexibility, comfort and a strong first impression for clients.
